A new ransomware attack has been reported and has spread at the rate of nearly 2 million emails per hour. The ransomware attack has hit more than 20 million email addresses. The emails are claiming to be from a company called Herbalife, or some variants of the email also claim that a copier needs to be delivered. Researchers have determined that the attackers are using a single identifier, meaning that victims who pay the ransom will NOT have their files decrypted. We will update this blog post as more information becomes available, but please be especially careful as to what email attachments or links you click on.
